Everyone is working in alignment with themselves, with the help and guidance of ScaleAligned. Nobody is copying someone else's blueprint. People with discipline finally have everything tied together to bring their dream into reality.

It started with health and wellness practitioners. People who love helping others, but rarely fill their own glass first.

Everyone we work with is building a service-based business, applying their experience, knowledge and values to help more people. Turning what you know and who you are into a service for others is what I've always done, and it's what our whole framework is built on.

Every person we help goes on to help more people. That's how ScaleAligned makes its dent in the world. A positive one, moving humanity forward.

Who finds us

They're doing everything right. They eat clean and train hard. Breathwork, meditation, ice baths, sauna. They journal. Their dedication is on point.

And still, they're left with the same question: why haven't I seen the success I want for myself yet?

Their notes app is full of business ideas. They've started three, four, five things, got somewhere, and walked away. They feel behind every time they open Instagram, and lazy, even though they train, and often work, harder than anyone they know. Some of the people around them think they're a bit weird. Ungrateful, or even directionless.

Underneath it all sits a fear they rarely say out loud: that they'll end up mediocre. Back in a job they feel nothing for, knowing they had so much more in them.

I know that person well. At 22, 23 and 24, I was winning by every metric, and still went to bed every night feeling behind.

What changes for the people we help

Their problem was never discipline. It was real direction.

We're living in a world where boarding the wrong plane has never been easier. With AI, social media and the influence they carry, someone else's destination is always one tap away. So they've been chasing the wrong end, copying another guy's blueprint instead of looking within.

If they keep going, it costs them years of their life, and most likely a lot of money too. That's what ScaleAligned is here to save them.

If I'd had ScaleAligned five years ago, I would have saved myself a lot of money, and years spent chasing the wrong end.

So that's where we start. We uncover the values they've always had, their real strength and their real power, and build the business and the life around them. The discipline they already have finally has somewhere to go.

A few phases into our framework, something shifts. They understand themselves, their vision and what they're meant to do. They get the answer they wished someone would knock on their door and give them, except they found it themselves, through their own work. By the end, they've designed the buttons to push and the levers to pull to grow in alignment. Business becomes something that pulls them, not something they push through every day. They wake up fulfilled, and go to bed full of ideas.

Without ScaleAligned, they'd still be living in a fog. Jumping from one shiny object to the next. Spending the money, the years and the health it cost me to figure this out alone.

I created this because I know how much I suffered trying to figure it out, and I hate seeing others pay the same price I did.

How it feels

For the first time in a long time, people who find ScaleAligned feel understood and seen. They talk about it as joyful and eye-opening. They feel aligned from the very first step. Many of them want to be part of it, and the best of them join us. Most of all, they can finally put words on what more means for them, and on the value they've always had but could never describe.

Who we are

We're a lean team of 10 to 20 people who carry this vision like it's their own. Our coaches have walked the same road we teach: they struggled with the same things, and found success in areas where they know more than I do. I bring the alignment. They bring their expertise. Nobody here works only for the salary. We come to work to become more ourselves, with the freedom to do our best work and a clear direction to do it in.

We work with retreats that share our values, and we have our own small production team for clients who want help bringing their message to life on camera.

Health comes first, for everyone. Health is wealth.

My Tuesday

I wake up excited to work on things I love, in a place I built for the way I work. I spend my days building, creating and shaping the message that brings us together. I coach a handful of clients myself. The team carries the mission while I'm away, so I can book a flight to nature and my family in Norway whenever I want, with no friction. I make space to recharge, think and create.

Money is the byproduct of the value we put into the world. My body feels strong, energized and focused. My relationships are close and aligned. And my mind is in a healthy place. I know the times it wasn't, so I protect it. My work fills me up instead of draining me.

We all have freedom. And we have our direction in place.

This is what it means to scale aligned. To become more, without losing yourself in the process.
