Because you don't need another blueprint. You need a better understanding of your core values, who you are and what pulls you. And then a service created from your experience and knowledge.
That's what we do at ScaleAligned, before we even think about acquiring your first customers, or scaling for the sake of it.
Most of us spend the biggest part of our days working. So when your business is built from who you are, it stops competing with the rest of your life, and starts building and nourishing the four pillars of your life.
The four pillars of life:
- Your finances
- Your health
- Your relationships
- Your mind
Including as many of these pillars as possible is how a business becomes the way you design your dream life. And it's what gives the people you help real, lived value. They get you, not a copy of someone else.
There are so many coaches and gurus out there who sell gold and deliver gravel.
They sell the idea that anyone can take their concept and copy-paste it into their own life.
That's not how it works. Not if you want to design and build your dream life.
You have your own beliefs, feelings and emotions. Some of them are holding you back. Others are much better than the blueprint most people buy into.
Someone else's success isn't always right for you. Business is not one size fits all.
Building what fits you starts with the foundational work. That's where we put our weight at ScaleAligned.
I bought into the blueprint too. More than once.
I spent over $100K on mentors. Things did get built, and I achieved some success. But I always stagnated, because they sold me their blueprint.
And I'm someone who needs fulfilment, joy and purpose in what makes me money. Copying someone else's blueprint never worked for me. I couldn't see myself doing it even a year from now.
Because no one ever helped me find my real power, my mission or my vision.
So I built what I wish I'd been given back then.
I'm starting with health and wellness practitioners. People who love helping others, and who are incredibly talented at what they do.
It starts there. It doesn't end there.
You started this work to help others, and because you saw a future in it. A future you're starting to doubt, because nobody ever taught you business properly. Or in a way that was fun.
You keep your days busy, but without direction. Your to-do list is full, and you're not sure which tasks actually move you forward.
